Yes, there is small service fee less than cup of chai, it also depends on type of establishments.

No, our vendor partners prepare food we are only link between customers and hotels establishments.

Yes, Pickfood.in is registered in Name M/S Vachana Enterprises, Bangalore.

Cancellation or refund is not available. Customers may contact with the hotel partner only with regard to cancellation or refund, if any. Pickfood doesn't own or take any responsibility in this regard.

Pickfoods are in process to include maximum hotel partners in vicinity it may take more time than usual.

Your order will be ready, you can pick anytime per convince, but foods are mostly consumed within 45 minutes maximum after which food loses taste. We advise you to check time and order accordingly.

Account setup will be completed immediately, we request you to keep ready all documents which will be duly verified and approved, entire process takes maximum 24 hrs if all documents are correctly provided.

Once account setup completed and approved, your separate dashboard account will be visable, all orders from pickfood.in, number of orders, revenue generation will be visible, we have razorpay route account setup which will be T1.

It indicates funds are settled into linked vendor ( your hotel account) in one business day. Note, Razorpay pay approval may take 4 to 5 business days for verification.

You will have dashboard separately, after 1 day it will be credited to your account.
